Highly recommended NW Car Audio! Will was great! Got my car in and serviced quickly. Even when I had a problem with a interlock device (that was installed elsewhere) he spent several hours making sure it was corrected and got me on my way! Very knowledgeable and patient! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went to these guys to do a subwoofer/amplifier installation. I requested that they call me if there was going to be any extra hardware they needed to install before going through with it (very common practice in car mechanic industry).

They went and added on a $99 amp kit (basic cabling and wires) without notifying me. This seemed weird that cabling would cost this much and at such a high price. I looked up this brand and these go retail for $25. No itemized invoice or receipt when checking out.

They also took 7 hours for the install when it was supposed to be 1-3 hours with very little to no communication on the actual delays.

Nice enough guys, but it all seemed a little shady. The install itself is fine from what I can tell. I would have emailed before leaving this review to give your company a chance to respond, but no email address on the website.

Honest, Hard working, Dedicated, Best Prices in town. To be honest, it was more than I was hoping to get done!! Even though I had more problems than I thought I would with my car wiring and amp installation, I was treated with respect. Unlike other businesses around that just want your money and to run up costs, not once was I told the price would change. To be honest, if you want to support a Family ran company with great values/work ethic, GO HERE! Thank you Northwest Car Audio
