Around July of 2020 I ran into some pretty noticeable health issues. Fatigue, leg weakness, vertigo, chest pain, joint pain... the list goes on and on. I went to multiple doctors and specialists in the Olympia and Lacey area to no avail. All of my bloodwork and testing came back normal. I was recommended to checkout Dr. Steven Plaza by a co-worker who had some really remarkable results from acupuncture treatments. After multiple visits and testing Dr. Plaza identified that I had black mold and candida overgrowth in my digestive system which was basically throwing my body chemistry into chaos mode. I was able to identify the source of the black mold in my house (in our bathroom, underneath the bathtub) and Dr. Plaza got me onto a digestive detox plan. Plaza also recommended a diet change to the anti-candida diet. I was also perscribed with a binder as well as a nasal spray.

I think the combination of eliminating the mold in our house, changing my diet and taking the suppliments and recommended perscriptions helped me to get back into a state of normalcy.

I can't stress this enough but I'm fairly certain Dr. Plaza saved my life. I was in really bad shape, barely making it through each day, barely able to walk from point A to point B and as of today I am feeling relatively normal.

Plaza just kept on trying, kept on working towards finding a solution... This is the complete opposite of the Doctors I visited who brushed me aside as a healthy patient.
