We scheduled an appointment with Reilly to look at some cars for my daughter. We had been texting back and forth all week so Reilly was prepared with a few cars we wanted to see. It ended up being a rainy day but we still had a great experience. He was so patient with us while we looked at a variety of vehicles trying to find one my daughter felt the most comfortable in. He even gave us some good suggestions as well. We also had a wonderful experience working with Morgan on running the numbers (as we always do since this isn’t the first nor second car we have purchased from this team). If you’re looking to car shop without pushy sales people give Reilly and Morgan a call to set up some time to look, or just stop by. Super friendly group of people working there. I guess that’s why we keep going back!

This is the 4th brand new vehicle I have purchased from NW Chevy/GMC, 2nd from Nolan. Call in and ask for him by name before you even hit the lot!😊 This place always cranks out the deals and has great people to work with like Nolan.

I contacted Nolan today around 9:30, we spent the day texting back and forth doing the wheeling and dealing (super low stress this way), we settled on price, trade, extras…all remote. I got off work, he had car ready, wife and I hit a test drive, we wrapped up and bobs your uncle.

PS - I have always used this service department with zero issues. I hope they can work things out with the melted car people.
