What are you people thinking? Setting criminals free for how long now for them to reoffend? What is wrong with Washington State and our system. Stop it people. Do not fund these horrible types of programs. Criminals already have a TON of benefits.

They bailed the criminal who assaulted me. They didn't show up for their multiple previous assault court hearings, now there's little hope for my justice. Disgrace to the justice system, these people should really be ashamed by how they're actively working against victims of violent crimes.
