They did a complete clean out of my crawlspace. Replacing all insulation and vapor barrier with all new material. They did a complete exclusion of entry to my crawlspace by animals. They installed a secure door to the entrance of the crawlspace. They set traps to ensure all is secure and excluded. The owner of the company came and did an inspection of the job and checked the traps which were all empty. He will be back in a few months to check again. I am very pleased with the work they did and their professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

I recently bought an older home that had a bad rodent infestation problem in the crawl space below the house. I reached out to NW Crawl Space Services for a free estimate. Lior came and assessed the area and explained all his findings in detail. He worked with me on coming up with a prioritized plan to clean out and encapsulate my crawl space and install a sub-pump with appropriately dug trenches that fit within my budget. They were able to schedule me in very quickly and were super efficient at completing the job, despite being in the middle of a heat wave. We had Northwest crawl space come out and inspect our crawl space. We felt that it was damper than it should be (a lot of rain this year) we also decided to add a sump . They showed up when they said they would and put down floor covering so they would not mess up our flooring. They did a great job and finished when they said they would. We recommend highly.
