I've known (Dr.) Pete Ruff for probably 20 years. We met at a local gymnasium. When my original dentist retired, I started going to his practice.
There's not been one time when I felt I did not receive expert, quality care. Whoever is treating me (whether a dental assistant or Dr. Ruff himself) I get an explanation of what is going to be done and then after, a discussion about the results.
Despite common delays of payment from insurance companies, their billing statements have been reasonably soon and always accurate.
I have been to many dentists in my life time. Most of them have not been good experiences, though some have been better than others. I have suffered from many dental fears and have neglected going to dentists over the years.
Dr Ruff is, by far, the best dentist I have ever been to. He and his team have helped me get over most of the anxiety that I have felt in the past. I'm glad I found him not long ago!
