I've needed a root canal for 8 months. I was afraid to do it due to my fear of the perceived pain, the unknown and the horror stories of others. I went to get my teeth cleaned again & my dentist said I couldn't wait any longer. So I called Northwest Endodontic Specialists. They had an opening the same day I called, got in & it was a wonderful experience, start to finish. No Pain! during the procedure & only minor discomfort as the novacaine wore off. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. I wouldn't hesitate to do a root canal again. The Dr was very thorough in realizing my worries and talked me through every step of the procedure. So first off big shout out to Drew for being able to get me in when they did! I greatly appreciate it because the pain I was experiencing was pretty intense and I don’t think I could have waited another week and a half. Next up we have Nadia (sp) and Justin, the assistants, they were AMAZING. Justin with all the personality and charm really helped ease any worries I had going into getting a root canal. He was also great at being a senior assistant showing Nadia the ins and out of how the Dr works and does things. Justin is very attentive at what he does for the office (just needs to work on the dad jokes a bit more lol). Next up Dr. Burningham also had wonderful temperament and “chair side” manner. He was so quick and thorough during the procedure and was checking in throughout the appointment. I definitely highly highly recommend choosing this place to get your dental work done. Big thanks to everyone that was working that day from office staff, assistants and dentist.

Dr Goerig and his assistant Abigail were tremendous! We were booked same day for extreme tooth pain and a very likely root canal needed. Nervous to be seen for it as this was my husband’s first root canal. The process couldn’t have been more seamless, professional, painless and shockingly pleasant. Dr Goerig’s 50 years of experience coming to play seeing the nerves on x-ray and pleasant and humorous small talk made the already swift and precise work feel all the shorter. We were so grateful to have been seen by this amazing set of professionals. Abigail was kind and caring and was the exact calm and kindness we needed while worried about the procedures pain. We walked out feeling the whole experience was as painless as it can possibly get. Thank you all so very much!!
