This is a great team of awesome people. Typically people that come into this clinic are irritable and have a hard time breathing so I can understand why people are quick to give low ratings but I love this crew of wonderful caring people. Dr Varela is hands down best doctor ENT in the history of my life. Thank you Dr. Anytime I have felt any sort of pressure or just need to ask a question I don’t hesitate to call these wonderful people. And every time they greet me with positive feedback and I never have to wait on hold for a very long and just the sweetest people if people want to say anything negative about them they just don’t know this group of wonderful workers I walked in here with so much pain crying every night and I have no pain whatsoever. Jeff is such a great person thank you Jeff for your kind heartedness all in all just a good natured sweet group of people that are just there to help you/me.

I have been seen at this clinic multiple times over the past couple of years, and have been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff. My most recent visit was for a hearing test to determine whether I need new hearing aids. The test and the exam were thorough, and they advised me about how I might be able to avoid that expense for now. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely disappointed in this clinic , after months of waiting for an appointment my appointment was canceled and then I was rescheduled with another provider who did absolutely nothing for my allergies. I will not go back to this clinic.
If you try calling them, for me they never answer and take days to get back to you if you leave a voicemail.
