Tried Northwest Grind for the first time yesterday morning. They have a great location. The cost is similar to Starbucks. They have an easy to read menu board. Clean and well maintained. Service was nice. But........my macha latte was way too sweet. I couldn't finish it. It tasted like a liquid candy bar. I have had a friend who mentioned that her drink was too sweet as well.

My order was wrong. My refund was wrong (so I'm now missing money). The drinks tasted the same even though they were supposed to be different flavors. My drink left a weird soapy aftertaste in my mouth. Not a fan.
Pros:
The wait wasn't too bad when I went
The tapioca in the bubble tea was the perfect texture
The coffee is okay

The reviews about the wait are true, they get a lot of business during the early morning hours and around 5pm. Personally, I love coming here despite the wait due to the drinks always tasting refreshing such as their bubble fizz drinks and their red bull spritzers. Not to mention their lattes and cappuccinos, despite how busy they are, never have tasted burnt. The lattes served here have nice nutty notes. The servers here are very kind and can make you various custom drinks.
