Had a overage that the receiver choose not to keep, the shipper just wanted a donation receipt from a non-profit... Northwest Harvest took care of me right away and appreciated the donation!

The way they are operating now you go around to the back of the warehouse and they put you in a parking lot and then they give you a letter either a b or c then when you're letter comes up they direct you back around to the front where you give your letter back to them and you follow the line to a window.where they hand out the food to you.the whole process takes 1 hour from beginning to end.
