Richard, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. The staff were helpful with requested samples/pricing and the installers were punctual, efficient, did a beautiful install job and even took some extra steps to cover a weird concrete trim area with carpet. I would have never thought of it!
