Northwest Interiors and Design is a turn-key, one-stop, flat-price alternative to the architect-subcontractor-floating price horror show that scares most people away from quality workmanship. Our experience with "NWID" was very pleasant. From Marcie's design options, to Lorraine's patient assistance in selecting every piece of hardware and then the demolition crew and construction crew, all of it with professionalism and consideration to our scheduling and inevitable minor changes. The overall contract was completely reasonable considering the highest quality cabinetry and the quality of the install. We would (will) use them in the future as our first option, should we decide to invest further in our home.

Marcie and Randy were very easy to work with. They listened to our ideas and were willing to make recommendations and modifications based on our input. We appreciated that they could provide both new cabinets and refacing combined, which was just what our kitchen needed. The installers did a great job, and the finish carpentry was beautifully done. We also appreciated Northwest's attention to detail. Our project lasted longer than we had been told due to some staffing issues, but the kitchen looks beautiful.

We certainly recommend NW Interiors and Design for kitchen remodeling. A neighbor recommended them and after making an appointment we visited the showroom. They had lots of options, materials and examples to see. On our project, we resurfaced existing boxes, changed out the doors, added new cabinets and changed out the countertops. NW Interiors has excellent installers that can put all this together so that everything looks new. The stonework was excellent and the installers are quality craftsmen. During construction little issues always come up and we found NW Interiors very accommodating . Everyday they cleaned up the work area and installed effective protective measures to minimize dust. The owner came weekly during construction to see how progress was going. Randy Oliver and company get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for care, quality and being really great people!
