In 2020, I called to get help to see my kids. Went all summer without a return phone call, but NWJP finally got the time allowed with the kids. Now in 2023, same thing happens again, but upon contacting NWJP again, they send me a packet, cross their fingers, and say figure it out.. Good Luck! I just had my 4th stroke in January, so "figuring out" paperwork is not my strong suit. This is the 10th year, I've had problems with seeing my kids, and I need help to see a judge so I can have her in contempt. I've already done EVERYTHING I possibly can to get her to follow the parenting plan with absolute fail. Idk why this year is different, but without any legal help or even just guidance on filling out paperwork, I'm being withheld my rights. They live 6hrs away, and I know this was an attempt for her to create another obstacle. The lawyers I've already contacted have said "conflict of interest", so NWJP was my last and only attempt to take action. Now, they have failed me, and without explanation too.
