Northwest Mortgage Services has a perfect 5.0 star rating and there’s a really good reason for that. As someone who’s relatively inexperienced with mortgages and the whole process, Abel was always generous with his time and knowledge, walking us through the different options, processes and stages. He was available and responsive. He also referred us to our realtor and because they already had a great working, trusting relationship and everything felt streamlined. We are so grateful for Abel’s services and all of Tracie’s support in helping us navigate the mortgage lending system! Their ratings are well deserved and we recommend them to anyone we can!

Abel was excellent to work with. As a military family, we were being relocated to the PNW from across the country. He was very attentive to our needs and concerns and set our minds at ease through the process. Very knowledgeable of the VA process. Very responsive and willingly work at any time and any day to provide quotes and/or answer questions.

If you’re looking to buy a house Abel was amazing to work with. I found Abel with northwest mortgage service through a Google search. My intention was to ask some questions and get an idea of if buying a house was even an option. Three months later I’m sitting on my own back porch looking at my yard sipping coffee. Abel was knowledgeable, responsive and always on top of every hurdle (and there were some) that popped up along the way. He made what was a scary and overwhelming process seem simple and easy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
