Friendly and helpful staff. Independant O.D. Thomas A. Kvamme, is both throrough and friendly. Kvamme was able to see all three of my children in an hour and didn't bat an eye at having four children in the office. At the end of our visit, my children were politely thanked for their manners by the staff. We have definitely found our new family eye Doctor in Tacoma.

Apparently this place thinks it's okay to mock and be rude when someone calls to cancel because their child is sick. The doctor and the receptionist were totally unprofessional. News flash! You're supposed to cancel when you're sick! Not come in anyways and risk getting others sick especially when covid is still a thing. But no that's totally unreasonable according to them. To be laughed at by the doctor for being mindful of others is mind blowing. 0/10.

Doctor Kvamme is a great Optometrist. I had to find a new eye doctor with my new insurance and my eye appointment turned out great. He was kind, courteous, caring and made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. I highly recommend Northwest Optical and Doctor Kvamme !!!!
