I have been going to NWPT for almost a year and my experience has been excellent. Staff are very professional and friendly. My trainer Sophie Clark tailors each session to my goals understanding my limitations. She listens and encourages me to continue to grow and challenge myself. NWPT offers a variety of services, not just personal training. They also provide educational programs for their trainers to continue to learn and work with a variety of clients which I think says a lot about this company. Highly recommend. I was intimated at first but I'm so glad I decided to train here. It truly has made a difference in my day to day lifestyle.

I participated in a free, one-month study through Northwest Personal Training, and I have to say I really enjoyed my time there. My trainer Marshall was really knowledgeable, and he took great care with my lower back injury. I have worked out with other trainers and left with more inflammation and pain, but that was not the case here. My workouts were safe, the right amount of a challenge, and efficient. At the end of my study, I felt stronger, more stable and in less pain than when I had started. I highly recommend, if you have the budget and the time to invest in personal training!

I started training with Sophie and have had an amazing experience! I have been able to accomplish so many health and fitness goals of mine, and Sophie keeps me accountable and showing up every week. She's very easy to talk to, and it really feels like her number one goal is to listen to you and figure out what personally works for you as an individual, which I am so grateful for in a trainer.
Everyone I've met at NWPT has been so kind and makes you feel very welcome and part of their little family there too! So overall my experience has just been awesome. :) Definitely recommend them if you are considering training!
