The front office and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Foltz-Cook was easy to talk to and made me feel like I was a priority.

Dr. Foltz is awesome. My issue was with office staff overriding treatment decisions made between patient and physician. When I asked to speak directly with Dr. Foltz for clarification, I was asked to find a different physician. Maximizing billable appointments appears to take precedence over patient care.

I’ve seen Dr. Foltz-Cook several times for Botox and most recently for an IPL facial laser treatment. She is always professional, friendly, and gentle, and I’ve been very happy with the results. The first time I tried Botox was an impulse, and my husband remarked on how much he liked the results, that I looked like myself but younger. I had my IPL treatment two weeks ago and didn’t quite know what to expect. It definitely hurt, but I’ve been blown away with the results. A black mark on my face that looked like ballpoint pen flaked off a few days later and is now gone. Two sunspots on either side of the bridge of my nose are gone. My skin tone looks more even overall. Dr. Foltz-Cook said with another treatment, some areas will improve even more. Overall, I’ve had a great experience working with Dr. Foltz-Cook for cosmetic treatments, and she’s a great family doctor as well. I highly recommend her!
