My parents rented a unit at the N. Portland location to store some family heirlooms, carpets and random furniture. Every time they went to their storage unit to do some shuffling around they always reported back how clean and well lit the facility was, and how friendly and helpful the manager, Dan, always was. It is a convenient location and is safe and secure, with plenty of hand trucks and moving dollies to make the task easier. Five stars!

I've been using NW Self Storage for nearly 10 years, and my experience there has been excellent every time!
Dan has been most helpful with me. He is kind, professional, and he cares about his customers. It's always a joy seeing him!
Prices on the units are fair/competitive.
Couldn't be happier with the facilities and customer service! 10/10 😊
