Beth the office manager at the 117th Ave location was very accommodating when I told her of my husbands passing. She suggested my son put his name to the site and it gave us a reduced rate for a few months. She was very nice at this difficult time for me.

It's been a pleasure working with Beth and having our trailer stored at NW Self Storage. Beth is always very helpful and friendly, and has an eye on the property and knows when something needs to be corrected. I have had one security issue, LP tanks taken from my trailer, but I hadn't done part to secure them so I don't fault NW Self Storage or Beth. I will continue to store my trailer there.

Customer service is okay, not amazing or horrible.
Very expensive at least to my standards. About $620 for a 14*45. Almost the same price for renting out a room to live in. Late fees are +$100.
I appreciated that they did not charge me for another month when I left which is awesome. Hassle free move out. Was with them for 2 years
