Was locked out of my online account and went in to pay in person was greeted by Julia she was very pleasant and helpful she was able to get my auto pay set up again as well.

I am sorry I don't remember the ladies name that helped us but she was GREAT!!! We went in on Saturday at 2PM. The site office closes at 2. The door was already locked but she opened the door and talked to us about the different sheds available and took us to see one. She was also able to offer a special deal to save us money. I rented the shed on the spot. She went over and above and I was very pleased with the service. They give you a free lock for your unit and the office also offers bottled water & coffee and a restroom for their customers. There is also a trailer on site that is available for customer to use free of charge to move stuff. Customer service and amenities are above and beyond what I have found out there. The security is great and rates were better then others I checked! I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for storage.

Zero stars. This place espouses core values such as acting with kindness and doing the right thing for their customers. They have owed us money for over two months and we have spent many hours on the phone trying to get them to pay. We have received nothing but a runaround between the local folks and corporate with no resolution in sight. Don’t just walk away from the company... run.
Update 8/11. This has been resolved. Local manager Rick worked hard to get us our refund so thanks to him. Unfortunately it was a 2 1/2 month process to get a refund.
