You sign a contract in which they are to give you 30 days notice of an increase in rate, they never do.
If you do not have homeowner insurance, you have to buy theirs, which has so many deductions you could have bought the items which were insured with the premiere paid.
This is NOT a good company to do business with
Oh yea, thanks to their most recent increase in which they provided no notice am now paying $44 more a month for it than can rent another unit of the same size FROM THEM.
What a con, if you do business with them long term, they screw you over with ever increasing rents which they give no notice.
