I would love to rate this lower if I could. We put a significant down payment for a sign for our neighborhood. Our neighborhood unfortunately voted down this project in lieu of a rock sign (NW Signs does not do). Brian magically stated that our down payment was consumed by design changes. When we tried to work with him on lettering for the rock, he estimated another $4800 plus the already consumed deposit. Unreasonable and unfair, our only recourse is to file a small claims action. Dishonest business practices!!! Buyer beware!!!

The skills and experience NW Signs brings to the table are simply fabulous. We worked with them to create signage for two businesses in Redmond, and Brian did an outstanding job of listening, creating and working with us throughout the process. We highly recommend them!

We used Northwest Sign for our business, Guardian Vault on Redmond Ridge, and could not be happier! They were very patient and designed several options for us while respecting our budget. The two fellas that performed the installation were on time, respectful of our space and even vacuumed after tracking in maybe just two pine needles from outside! We were very impressed with not only the sign they designed, but NW Signs has outstanding customer service! Thank you NW Signs for your great work!
