The staff is amazing and do exceptional work. I recommend getting any dental work at Northwest Smile Dental and Denture. My finished product is most definitely satisfactory. I have my confidence back. Thank you to all staff!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. She had her all her teeth removed today. She said it was excruciatingly painful. They did not put her to sleep or give her laugh gas. Only numbing. Then they gave her a paper prescription to be filled for the antibiotics. When I got to the pharmacy, it was very busy, and they were only taking remote prescriptions. I called and requested they call the prescription in so that I could ensure it got picked up this evening. They told me they would, after arguing with me, why they shouldn't, then when I arrived to pick the prescription up, it was not called. I talked directly with the pharmacist. This isn't all. She has had several other dental procedures here where partials were made and they have never fit her correctly. I do not know why she continues to come here and think they are so wonderful. Clearly, they only care about collecting money. If it were my way, she would never return. I would 10/10 NOT recommend this dentistry.
