True professionals with incomparable customer service and not to mention, just really fun and personable people to work with.
I had to get my new business up and running really quickly and they managed to get our office setup with a whole new phone system within the week. They were easily accessible for all my questions, explained things simply so I could understand (I found other companies I got quotes from didn't bother to do this). Truly great people, a real and relatable group of people that know what they're doing. I love them and will recommend them again and again and again.

We made the switch to Northwest Telecom after a year of dealing with a national VOIP provider with patchy call quality and outsourced, unhelpful customer service and I can honestly say that we have never been happier! We have excellent call quality, easy call routing and forwarding, great desk phones and an easy to use cell phone app that lets me work from my cell phone and show up as my business phone. We have a remote worker who has a desk phone at her house and is able to answer and transfer calls seamlessly to our main office. Anytime I want to make a change to our system settings I just email Robert at Northwest Telecom and it is done in a flash! Northwest Telecom is local, so they are working when you are and are eager to help with anything you need. Opening our account and getting set up was made so easy by the team at Northwest Telecom. We were able to go to their office and see the different phone equipment options to find the best phones to meet our needs and then their service tech came out to our office and installed all of the necessary equipment. Make the move to Northwest Telecom, you won't regret it!

We have an old Samsung phone system, and after searching for a couple hours for a local company who can provide us technical support for it, I finally found NW Telecom. After working in the past with brusque and unhelpful phone service companies, I was pleasantly surprised how professional and knowledgeable this company is! They provided us excellent assistance on our phone issues, and even pointed out when it would be cheaper to do things ourselves, going so far as providing how to sheets. We have been working with them for almost a year now, and I wish I could give them more than five stars! They are great!!
