Greater Eastside Painting did an excellent job painting the entire interior of our house. They painted all walls, doors and cabinets. The crew was on time every day, responded immediately to questions and special requests, were always polite, friendly and respectful of our home and environment. We needed the painting to be completed quickly, on a tight schedule. They completed the job on time. I would recommend this company to all my friends and plan to use them again.

It saddens me to write this kind of review as I see so many amazing reviews! After paying a deposit it took them over a month to get me an estimated start date. I wasn’t asking for a specific date either. I just wanted to know which month and if it was going to be in the beginning or end of the month. During the painting I caught one of the painters peeing in my yard. I’m glad my young daughter wasn’t outside with me to witness it. I want to be clear. It was one time and only one painter. The rest of the crew was very professional and kind. Especially Joel, and the 2 men and 1 woman who came to pressure wash on the first day. After the crew left there was debris like energy drink cans and such I had to clean up myself before my toddler could play in the backyard. I understand painters tape and things like that. But personal garbage had me disheartened. I also had to move 3 ladders they left in my backyard, by myself, over my fence so someone could drop by and be able to pick them up easily a few days after the crew had left. And lastly, there is a seam that wasn’t sealed that was addressed on the final walk through.(Right hand side of photo below, compared to the left hand side.) They assured us after we gave them the final payment that they would have someone out to fix it the following week. It has been almost a month. I have reached out twice, scheduled twice, and have had them no call/no show twice. We are now having to do it ourselves because the rainy season is coming and I don’t want water getting behind the exterior of my home and causing rot. With all the wonderful reviews I’ve seen I’m hoping this was just a series of unfortunate events that all seemed to happen on my home project and that this doesn’t happen in the future to someone else. I do want to say, the quality of the paint is wonderful though!
