I have ordered three times from NWWF and every time has been exceptional. The second time I ordered I gave the wrong delivery address and they were very quick to respond and correct it for me. The third time I ordered there was a snow storm (and through no fault of theirs) the dry ice was completely melted the scallops had thawed as did the berries, and they were very quick to replace the thawed food. Not only is their food amazing their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with this company.
