When searching for legal support, my main concern was finding someone I could trust. Austin and the team had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend!

Hired this attorney to defend me, my wife and my brother in a TEDRA issue. The instructions to him was never to talk to the complaining party unless I was on the line or at a meeting with them. He was hired to make a Mediation hearing happen because the opposing just didnt have any facts to support their complaint. On the mediation, done through zoom, Austin did really good. The opposing attorney told a lie and Austin corrected it. The Commissioner/judge had to look it up and agreed with Austin. It is odd the attorney who lied was not sanctioned. Nor did Austin persue it. Austin asked the court for Mediation and had one day to get it done. This was not done. Instead, he stabbed me in the back and talked with the complaining party. And I guess their attorney. Austin messed up and clearly goofed and stated he talked to Judge Kurtz. Then he tried to correct himself. This breach of contract even went further. He did not get the mediation hearing as he was hired to do so. Instead, he got a out of court settlement that I never agreed to unless it was changed to my specifications. He kept hounding me to sign it and made threats of dismissing himself and other. So, with the threats from the complaining party and his, my brother and I signed it under duress. We felt that the Attorney for the complaining party was hostile. He sent Austin a threat letter stating they would use all of the estate money to sue him if he represented me. Austin sent me the letter and I asked him what he was going to do about it. He claimed attorneys do this a lot. But its unethical and it really made me fire him. Instead, the way the court goes, you cant fire your attorney. The attorney has to remove himself. How lop sided is the court. Instead of being supportive he refused to allow the out of court settlement be signed under duress. Then took it to court and agreed with the complaining party and I was forced to accept the out of court settlement. I filed a Defamation of Character against the complaining party because they lied in the declaration/affidavit. Austin told us....if we dont dismiss the complaint they would continue to harass us. The harassment has been going on since 2016. The problem for a citizen to sue a retired judge seems to be the courts judges favor their comrads and allow lies. Austins ethics fail in this part as well. His duty is to uphold justice and prevent illegal actions. We asked him for help and we would pay for it and Austin refused. We asked him for a reference and he again refused. Since then, my home has been broken into twice, two of my vehicles ignitions locks have been glued. The now defendants have been stalking us and more. I went in for surgery June 8th, 2023 for hernia. I did not approve patches or other work. But I got 3 patches, one was on some area the surgeon called rare, I had a uroligist and his care was more looking at his phone and not discussing problems. My wife and I have kids and there was no problem then but after the surgery....its not happening. My 16,000.00 utility trailer I use for work was stolen. Same time the Defendants sold their house and that was 2 years ago. Plust more. Austin is very two faced and I would never consider trusting him as a friend. I am very sure that he took a bribe. But I cant prove it. No trust NO TRUST

I worked with Moises and Garrett for a probate case. It was very complex and there were lots of hurdles and problems. They helped me every step of the way and happily stepped in to handle it. They constantly gave me reassurance that I was handling things well despite all of the problems I had. The case should be all settled, but I had yet another problem occur that they are happily stepping in to assist with despite final payment already being made. They were an absolute rock in these very trying times.
