I reached out to NRG on behalf of my parents, and I wanted to share how happy we are with the solar and the customer service we received after the install. Adriana with accounting has been a huge help after the completion of the project to help answer questions about system support and project documentation. She referred us to customer service where Eduardo did the troubleshooting for my issues and helped fix my monitoring remotely and quickly.

NRG Clean Power provided an incredible sales consultation, and was able to give me the most affordable quote for the solar system I've purchased. They are the only solar installer I know with the Price Match Guarantee, and they've honored it even after I've signed the contract. I'd definitely recommend them! My project just started, but so far I've found NRG to be very honest and trustworthy. Sales team, that I've worked with, Sabrina and Andrew are top professionals, very responsive, highly knowledgeable and were helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. I am extremely happy to have chosen them as an installer and will update this review as my project progresses, or should there be anything outside of positive along the way.

I had an excellent experience with the NRG team. The entire process, from receiving quotes to post-installation, was smooth and efficient. They answered all my questions, leaving me extremely satisfied with my solar installation.

I also submitted a referral and received the referral bonus. A huge shout-out to Adriana Montes, who kept me informed about the referral installation and promptly processed the referral bonus. Thank you!
