I am a first time customer. No I did not purchase over a million dollars worth of farm equipment, but what I did purchase was important to me and I worked with Travis for over 4 months. Travis never forgot about me and my need for this tiny purchase. This was a very easy purchase, with Chris the branch manager and Travis working together to give me the best possible price and financing. I forgot the delivery drivers name, but another supper person to have meet and work with.
