Stefne and Zach went above and beyond to help me find my next home earlier this year. After countless months of searching, I found the just the place for me and they helped me close the property in record time. They took time to listen to my needs to ensure the daily listings they sent to me matched well with my must-have criteria. They were both extremely patience as we looked at 20+ houses until I found the right one for me. When a property came up I was interested in, they turned out the market comps quickly to ensure it was comparable with properties within the neighborhood/area. They also asked the seller agents really great questions so I was armed with answers I needed to make an offer. Both agents were available day/night to answer my questions or concerns. This was especially important when things came up around potential improvements so I knew to structure my offer and what I’d have to plan for future improvements down the road. When it came time for the paperwork everything we super smooth and recommended a great lender from Fairway mortgage. Stefne and Zach explained also helped areas of confusion when paperwork arrived, so I would quickly turn around my decisions to close on the deal in a matter of weeks. As a cherry on top, the day I moved in, Stefne delivered a very nice housewarming gift with a bunch of immediate must-haves (soap, garbage bags, toilet papers, etc) that I needed around the house. It was a very thoughtful touch and definitely exceeded my expectations.
