Almost three years ago I purchased the Nu Aqua Whole House filter system.Two of my filter canisters recently developed cracks at the bottom center. My system is still under warranty. Nu Aqua could have sent me just the two canisters but as a precaution they are sending me all three. That is outstanding customer service on Earl's part. Thanks Earl. Lawrence Y., Kailua, Hawaii
We purchased our Countertop Reverse Osmosis system in August of 2023. We have been very happy with the system. It fits perfectly on the counter in the kitchen. It’s convenient to have the system so accessible. We especially love the hot water feature. It’s never been easier to make a cup of tea. When it came time to change a filter. I did have an issue with resetting the system with the new filter. I contacted the company and Jennifer was awesome. She was great about promptly communicating with me and she helped me figure out and resolve the issue. The only reason I didn’t give the system 5 stars is the fact that I can’t remove the second water tank to properly clean it and around it. That would make the system perfect. We would definitely recommend Nu Aqua.
