My office uses them for IT and VoIP phone service. Let me start out by saying that I use my own IT company that is in no way affiliated with Nuoz and I've had no issues with them. Nuoz is almost a joke. Our internet constantly goes down and could take hours to come back online. I have three staff members that I pay on an hourly basis and cannot have this happen. Our business solely relies on the internet and I can't even count how many times I've had to use my Verizon hotspot in order to work online. I've explained my frustration with my IT people and when I mentioned the name "Nuoz" they chuckled and said that they have worked with Nuoz in the past with difficulty. Now on to the VoIP phone service, witch is OK at best when it works. Basically, Revonix (the phone service child company to the parent company Nuoz) is just an Asterisk server running off the name Revonix. For those of you who don't know, Asterisk is an open-source phone system that costs next to NOTHING to implement, yet Revonix is charging us $35 a month per line to run on their server. The voice quality is horrible compared to other VoIP systems and the phone too goes out quite often. Honestly, I'm not quite sure why my office picked Nuoz/Revonix in the first place. The ONLY reason they get 2 starts is because of the people. The people have been very nice and responsive, but this doesn't offset that technology is constantly failing us. Go with someone else who knows what they're doing.
