This attorney’s office strung me along for over 2 months since filling out my intake form. I didn’t contact them very often, about once every 2 weeks to check on the status. They kept telling me I was in line to have my case reviewed. I called last week and I asked them if their office was too busy for my case and they said no, that they could now finally help me and file a 60 day notice for me. I called them the next week to ask if I needed to pay for them to get started and they said their office was now too busy and couldn’t take my case.

They helped me get this horrible Section 8 tenant out of my property last year in 2022. It was a pure diaster and I had no hope, but APC taught me a valuable lesson about renting out your properties to just anyone. Thanks APC! Evictions take time so be patient 🙏

Unethical at the highest level. This law firm need to be shut down. If you want legal con attorneys then this law firm is for you. I will be filing complaint with Los Angeles BAR and the State Bar.
