Experience was horrible.. The people were friendly enough but I bought a bottle of protein after my workout, went home and it didn't taste right but I figured it was because it was a brand I don't normally drink. Turns out the protein had expired in May 2013.. I called to let them know and was told by the guy on the phone have me the excuse that they almost never sell that brand. This was beside the point. Never once did the associate apologize for his shops GROSS oversight. Worse than that he started giving me attitude about it. Incompetence in customer service at its finest.
