It's unfortunate that google does not allow to share a review with 0 starts. I came by this store around one month ago to buy a protein and their very famous "Mammoth EAA" product which was recommended by one of the employees (a girl with blond hair). Unfortunately, after consuming it for almost one week, I got very sick and had to go back home due to illness. I finally called today to explain and kindly share the bad experience I had with the product as it caused me a lot of diarrea and stomachache that last several days. I told THE OWNER I do not have the ticket, nonetheless I could prove the product is totally full, in good condition, and of course did not consume at all. He was extremely unpolite and mentioned he could not do anything to help as I did not have the ticket and there is nothing else to do about it. He screamed at me over the phone (as typical indian man that behave as if they were in their country talking to their poor wifes👈) and so I kindly responded that I will never come back to that store.
Indian men... You are in Canada and you need to learn that everyone deserves respect and your clients, too. Thanks
I have been going to this store for about a month now since I started going to the gym that is close by. What a hidden gem!
Service: Top notch! Staff is always willing to help out and answer any questions I have. They always come by and ask me if I need help without being to pushy. They even put a box of my favourite protein snacks on hold for me!
Value for Money: Good. If you want to invest in food / snacks that are delicious and healthy. Can't wait to try more of the food options. Well worth it.
Environment: Always clean and well stocked with snacks and supplements.
