The worst. We didn't actually barbecue but watch them. The food was way over spiced and was gross because we do it as a mutual group. Do not Learn anything. Epic fail!

Knowledgeable folks teach you varying BBQ or Smoking concepts. It is an all-day class so come prepared with drinks; they will feed you plenty of food. Came away with plenty of tips, tricks, and concepts to try out at home. You walk outside frequently to check grills & smokers so take this class during the nicer weather. Overall would definitely recommend.

I took the 6 hour barbeque grilling and smoking class two weeks ago and put what I learned to good use over Memorial Day. I recently bought a Traeger grill and took the class to learn how to best use it. I am very glad I did. They teach so much in the six hour class that it is important to get the disk they sell after class to remind yourself of things they told you plus it has a great many recipes. I plan on taking follow on classes there that teach additional skills like cooking seafood, cooking pizza, making gourmet burgers, cooking the perfect steak and the "Pig Out" class where they cook an entire pig! Their on site store also has a great many tools you will find useful. We cooked so much food that even after everyone packed up leftovers to take home, there was additional food left on the table! I highly recommend the class. Oy yes, bring a jacket because you will be outdoors part of the time and the school is in an industrial complex with a big garage door opening to the grill area so it can get cold in the classroom. Also you will not start eating until 2:00 so you might want to bring a snack or eat a good breakfast before arriving and remember to bring whatever you want to drink with the food you will be cooking.
