The level of service is barnone! I'd dropped off a tower and old laptop at the original shop space in order to retrieve data. Of course, they went above and beyond and dropped off the flash drives at my home. I highly recommend the level of professionalism, the thoroughness of their work, and the kindness with which they support all of their clients.

Had a computer emergency while travelling from out of state, and Dustin & his team saved our data from a failing hard drive, hooked us up with a new laptop, and a refurbished desktop, and got all of our data safely transferred to the new computer. All during the week of Thanksgiving! Great service, prices & recommendations. Couldn't be happier!
