Terrible. Placed an order, then shortly after, I received an email saying my order was canceled and I would get a refund in 2-5 days. I replied asking why, no response. I sent a message directly on their site asking why it was canceled....crickets. Totally unresponsive. Plenty of other sites to shop on with much better service.

Purchased a diesel particulate sensor from NW ford parts because dealership was $ gouging. Part is OEM, shipped/received ontime (paid for rush shipping) and works like a charm. I will definitely use them again!

I was having trouble finding a deflector for the hood of my F150 that didn't cost an arm and a leg in shipping. I was surprised that I could get a Ford part online that was similar in price to an aftermarket one, and I didn't have to worry about it being damaged in shipping. I just ordered it online and picked it up 2 days later. It was faster than Amazon and was OEM quality.
