I took a friend there for furniture and it was a very good experience. The young lady who assisted was proficient in her job. Now fast forwarding. Bc they assisted my friend I wanted to donate when I was downsizing. However you have to pay them for a pick up The way I see it, is if you're already donating, the least they can do is pick up.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Soo much furniture to choose from and amazing quality. The couch we got was in such amazing shape that I could swear it was brand new. The delivery was easy and the guys did an awesome job even though we weren't fully prepared. They were professional and quick but careful. My only dislike is that you have to get a referral to go there. I think it would be cool if people just needed to meet certain requirements with proof.
