Wonderful bakery with amazing baked goods. They taste the same if not better than items with gluten. Jay, the owner, is such a cheerful and patient human. He always has a smile, loves what he does, and seriously tries to please everyone. He has something for everyone with the exception of gluten. I love that he has products for people with eggs, some vegan etc. Jay is conscious and aware of the products used. He takes great care with all products and ensures no cross contamination. He makes it safe again for people with celiac. Myself and my clients love your bakery. Jay, I support your cause and your business 💯. Keep bringing goodness to the world. So thankful for this gluten free bakery in Bellevue! It’s a dream. I love the rosemary rolls and lemon bars. Everything I’ve tried is good!
And I’m excited to hear they will be at the Redmond farmers market again this summer! (2024). Yay!

Not only was this the best gluten/dairy free cake I’ve ever had, it was one of the best CAKES I’ve ever had! The lemon poppy cake and vanilla hibiscus frosting went so well together, and the texture was incredible. We also tried the banana chocolate chip scones which were also amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the texture is, it’s hard to find gluten free baked goods that are chewy and soft. We will definitely be back to try more!
