Five stars is not enough. I had a best experience with the customer service, specifically Angela. She helped me when my Mirka sander give up after 4 years of work. I really loved that sander so I send there for a repair hoping it’s fixable. Four days later I got an email from Angela with the great news that they’re replacing my old one with a brand new one. It’s the best sander for fine guitar work. Northwest Industrial Tool is a great company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really care about customers. I’ll be a customer for life!!
