Outstanding Service! We bought our spa about a year ago. The NW Luxury Team know the spas inside and out and helped me choose the perfect one for us. My questions get answered quickly and knowledgeably even on the weekend and the evening. It’s extraordinary dealing with a company that is so customer focused, nimble and competent and truly care about their customers. Our spa is beautifully cared for by their team. A great experience. Reinforced the value of shopping local. They have been super responsive and went above and beyong accommodating our install. Nicely came back (same day) after the pad wasn't prepped correctly.
