The office and staff keep getting worse! They make changes without notifying the parents such as closing down the office you are supposed to have your appointment at or being closed for phone calls all day when you were told to call back to check the status of your child's referral! When you finally do get ahold of someone they are rude or place you on hold forever. When you are there for an appointment people who have appointments after you get called back first and after two hours of waiting in the room with a fussy child you have to remind the nurses you are there just to finally get seen. They are always closed when they are supposed to be open. Such terrible customer service and experience. Don't waste your time coming here.

Very long wait period, I went in to have my sons shots given to him and it was over an hour before the doctor came in, and there were no other patients to be heard. But the doctors is very kind and great with with my son.

I don't understand why there are so many bad review, yes you wait but its a doctors office not a fast food place. Every time we have gone we are greeted nicely, and once in the room we don't wait much. The doctor is always nice and listens which not much do. I like her and don't plan on changing my sons doctor anytime soon.
