We switched accountants to him and he doesn't respond to emails and calls. It's been 3 weeks since we've heard from him. Very unprofessional and not accountable.

I inquired with NWCPA about the possibility of getting a simple tax return done by them. I was basically told that I was not a big enough client to be worth their time. I was turned away.
