I purchased Water Solutions from Oak Bay Technologies in October 1999. Here I am, 20 years later and I still rely on this program for my daily operations. We have 450 water and sewer customers that would be impossible to manually handle if not for this program.

The very best customer service you could ask for. Super easy to use. I got this software in 2004, over the years updates have consistently kept up with changing technologies. I can use email, text and of course paper to communicate with customers through the database. I am about to take advantage of a new feature that allows customers to pay online. I use it for a 400 connection water system and a 150 connection system. Customers also really like the usage chart.
