oak forest saved my life. I have never been to a structured 12 step program before oak forest. In fact , I didn't know such a place existed until I got here. The consistent daily meetings and emphasis on the importance of working the steps single handedly saved me. Nothing else worked for me. I had a relapse and my family had contacted tyson the house manager. The fact that Tyson and the staff were consistently checking on me with my family after care really displays what type of people are here at oak forest. The next day Tyson and Patrick were at my house doing a 12 step intervention. Did they need to go out of their way to do that? No, but when people actually care and love you that's what that looks like. I have never been around staff and management that actually care and are in it for the right reasons. Tyson, Patrick, kj, have all positively impacted my life and led by example. Always going above and beyond for my best interest. Not only did oak forest teach me how to love myself, but they loved me until I learned how. you will not find a community like this anywhere else, and if you're thinking about treatment stop wasting precious time and come down to the only place that's ever worked for me, which is oak forest.

Our family has much gratitude for RJ and his staff at Oak Forest! The expectations and support of this program have been amazing. The community that surrounds our loved one has given him the courage to change his ways and start loving himself!

Oak Forest and all the people I've met there are 100% responsible for saving my life. They helped me find the solution to my addiction and I was shown how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. RJ, Tyson, Emma, Patrick and countless others are all amazing caring people and I am beyond grateful for my experience here.
