I can't speak to the other providers at Oak Health, but my provider Marcus is exceptionally empathetic, proactive and knowledgeable when it comes to my treatment. Appointments and Insurance seem to run smoothly and I haven't had any administrative headaches, so I think they run a pretty tight ship.

The attention to detail and demeanor this entire team has is incredible. They work so hard, especially through COVID to make sure their patients didn’t feel any change in schedules. I love my Dr. Kristen Nelson but am sure there are many great doctors in the practice. I love the care and treatment I get from the whole team.

I love Dr. Nelson! She’s amazing. The the staff is very responsive and accommodating. The parking situation is my only complaint. Extremely expensive. I would recommend getting there early to find side street parking, metered parking, or a cheaper lot.
