It was a nice quiet park. Needs a little work with trimming trees, replacing sewer caps (ours was rotted). Majority of spots are on small side for rvs our size 35 ft. Lots if obstacles that can be hit : poles, hanging tree limbs, tables, bbq stands, in a narrow pad and clearance to back in spots. All in all we enjoyed our stay once we got our rig in the camping spot.

This would be our 2nd time camping at this park and first-time staying in the all-hookups Oak Knoll campground, located to the right after accessing the gate. We found it very clean (campgrounds and shower/restrooms), serene site, neighborly, and easy to use hookups. Park staff patrolled from time to time but, never bothering. The only thing that I would say was a bit of an issue was the length of the parking space reserved. We were told it was to fit a vesule/trailer maximum of a 33 feet. But that wasn't the case.. Space was definitely to fit something smaller.. Perhaps up to 25 feet or so.

The place is nice, we loved the fool hookup. Too bad the pool was closed. The shore is rocky and the bottom of the lake is muddy. The boats rentals are about $600 per day, no hourly rentals available. The lake is 1/7 of it's full capacity, making it a sad sight. It is still beautiful and boat owners enjoy water sports. We have seen several animals, dears, rabbits, hawks and bobcats. The walk from the camp to the shore is about 30 minutes
