I have tried to contact the staff for this organization in the past three weeks via 4 emails, multiple calls and voicemails and could not get anyone. Either no one monitor any of their email or phone line or they are simply trying to ignore my withdraw request. Today, I tried to visit their office address listed on their website and it does not seem to exist at all. Horrible interaction experience so far. I will have to keep trying to get my withdraw request processed. This is a waste of my time to keep tracking one simple request that they just would not respond to. I will post an update how this goes.
