Rate of play well managed. Greens one of a few best I have seen in the south sound thus far. Staff very pleasant.

No problems with setting up a tee time and the staff in the club house were extremely respectful and helpful. However, my first time at this course with new golfers and we were cursed out and yelled at by other golfers due to them not yelling “4” fast enough. I understand how this can be frustrating as I have dealt with his. However, grace can go a long way. You never know who is new and nervous starting a new sport knowing there are others who excel at it in the same space. Not only that but add on to the fact that you are just now learning all of the rules. Because I now know who comes to golf here I am not sure I would come back. It’s just not worth the useless confrontation when we are all here to learn and progress. Very disheartening to hear your friends not wanting to try anymore with golf when you already have nobody to play with.

My wife and I recently purchased property that opens up to a small portion of the course and we have both been interested in trying out the course and possibly even getting membership. I personally went to look at the course today, to get a feel for it, and was asked to leave the property since I didn’t have a membership. It was explained to me that even with a membership you cannot simply walk to view the course. This was news to me, since our realtor had nothing but the nicest things to say about the club and mentioned that you could easily go and check the area out personally. Aside from the restaurant (The Adriatic) being decent, I would highly advise going over to Chambers Bay Golf Course instead. They have been very accommodating and friendly, not to mention the view is absolutely gorgeous in contrast, as it opens up to the water.
